Getting error prompt while launching the shortcut for Confluence

Currently we are adding the product Confluence to our catalogue and need assistance on the query below.

Regarding the confluence application we have been getting the error prompt related to permission while launching the shortcut for the confluence application for the below version while testing the application in the remote VMs with system context.

We'll need some more context here.  You have asked this question with the tags "Cloud" and "Confluence Cloud", yet refer to an exe with a old server style version number.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

I am testing the offline installer in remote VM environment where in I am facing the above issue which I mentioned the permission related once after launching the confluence application.
