Hi @Parag Dilip Mhatre

Please note that this is a Community forum for Atlassian. Your request does not look like it is related to any Atlassian product so I would advice you to contact your companys internal support to get help.

Best regards,

Hi,
the message “You are not permitted to perform this operation” typically indicates a permission or access control issue.

Something like :

  • Your account does not have the required role
  • You are not assigned to the space
  • Your group membership does not grant access.

The site works in my case, and i can access the login.

I would suggest contacting Nokia's support so they can set up the necessary permissions.

BR
Kai

Hi @Parag Dilip Mhatre

As @Kai Krause mentioned  ‘Not permitted’ usually means access is controlled by the target site/org, not a platform outage. Please ask your internal/site admin to verify your account is in the correct group/role for that dashboard and that SSO mapping is correct.

@Parag Dilip Mhatre Hovering over the link you provided, it looks like you are trying to access an on-premise instance of Confluence. You should contact the internal team that administers the instance to request access.
