Get Disconnected When need to Edit Document or Create new one

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have problem, when i open editor (for edit or create new doc) i mostly get error like this
only 10% i success to get edit that, why? that's only for document, when i was editing whiteboard / database, that totally fine
