General Questions regarding Confluence

Hi community i am new to confluence i have some questions that would seek great assistance from the experts around here: 

1. Is there a timeline for when we can expect the transition from beta to production for a custom domain?
2. I came across some articles from about a few years ago suggesting that Confluence would offer custom domain options. 
   
3. Can you confirm which domain URL is possible
   our expectation: wiki.<my-domain>.com
   or  <domain>.atlassian.net is the final domain that we get?
4. How to sync confluence and github whenever a document is created or updated that should be reflected on GitHub. is there any way to achieve.?

1&2 only Atlassian can answer these questions.

3 At this moment only <domain>.atlassian.net is what you can get, no other possibility to the best of my knowledge.

4 You might want to look for some apps on marketplace which would allow you to integrate confluence with github.
