Gallery display of images with certain labels where the images are attached to a different page

I'm setting up a new space to be used as an image gallery for our company. I'm uploading images and then assigning multiple labels to each. I then want to have other pages setup, where I can show a gallery view of images with particular labels, but the images are attached to a different page. Is that possible?
