Hey, it seems that in the new Confluence version, there is no longer an option to add a full-width section. When trying to add a layout section, it offers me just divided sections for 2 or 3 layouts, while in the previous version, there was the option of adding a full-width section (which means only one long section).
@Neta Maslovati Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
The Layouts feature is for dividing the page into vertical columns. If you want the content to span the width of the page, you just enter text on the page. If it does not span the width, you can click the Make page full width icon at the top of the page when in edit mode (2 arrows facing apart) to change the width of the entire page.
Thanks!

@Markus Bratlie If you look at the top of a page (middle or far right; pixels above the top of the page title), you should see one of these 2 icons:
middle if the page is not full-width
far right if the page is already full-width

People, please note - the menu containing that icon is hidden by default! You have to mouseover the white space above the page title for this menu to appear.
