Hi,

I have been using confluence to create standard responses for my team to use in their daily work. Most of the formatting is fine when copying and pasting into outlook to send emails.

The issue I am having is with table formatting or column formatting.  This is what I want the text to look like:

template.pngI have tried using tables and columns. I want it to be easy to copy and paste without having to change the formatting when it is pasted.

Can you help?

thanks.

Are you copying the table from the HTML view of the Confluence page? Then pasting that version into an Outlook email?

So after posting my question I found the answer to my question.  I have now created a formatted word document and used the word macro with in the page to display the template.  This has kept all my formatting in outlook.
