Is it possible to create a form, where by filling out this form, a page is generated in confluence according to the data filled in?

Without any plugin you can do something like https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-page-from-a-template/
With a plugin, such as our ConfiForms app, you can do something more like "forms" and of course create pages based on the data input, among many other things
