Hello dear Confluence Community

I'm on Data Center 9.3 Confluence and I'm trying to set up incoming links.

On pages, I aim to have three incoming link lists;

  • List of links that are from Meeting notes (label: +meeting-notes)
  • List of links that are from weekly standups (label: +weekly-standup)
  • List of all other links (label: -meeting-notes AND -weekly-standup)

However, if I list the labels in the Labels property, the filtering of the first label works, however the note with the second label is displayed.

label: -meeting-notes AND -weekly-standup doesnt work either and yields no filtering at all.

What is the correct syntax to filter both labels?

Thank you :)

Hi @Félix Weber ,

Not sure if this is available in DC (specifically v9.3), but in the cloud, you should be able to use AND operator in the label filter as per the official docs.

The default behavior for both platforms should be OR - meaning, content matching any of the listed labels is shown.

In DC, there's an additional option to use labelText attribute, but not sure if this would be helpful here 🤔

I haven't used Confluence that much in DC, as we mainly manage Cloud instances, and I don't currently have an on-prem environment to test this out :/

Cheers,
Tobi
