Hello!

I apologize for my limited experience with Confluence, and despite my best efforts to find a solution, I remain unable to resolve my issue.

Here's the problem I'm facing: I've taken over a Confluence space that serves as a knowledge hub, but the individuals who previously managed it have since left the company, resulting in their accounts being deleted. I've noticed that while the File lists are clearly visible in the sidebar, they don't appear on the parent page (File lists). As a result, I have to go to the sidebar every time I want to manage the file lists. Please refer to the screenshot for clarification.

Is there a way to display these lists on the parent page again, given that the original page creators are no longer in the system and are listed as "Unknown User"?

Is it possible to efficiently transfer a batch of previously uploaded files into a newly created file list within Confluence, as opposed to having to do it individually file by file?
