I'd like to see how many views a selected span of pages in the navigation tree has received. For example, if you look at the nav tree, I want to see how many views page c through page z have gotten -- a subset of the space. They would be consecutive pages in the nav tree.
I don't think there's a report that does this, is there?
Is there an XML file that shows the structure of the nav tree so that we can select consecutive pages that way and run a custom script to see page views?
The Analytics Cockpit tools are not helpful, and I haven't found a plugin.
Hello @Sheila L
You mention "Analytics Cockpit." That leads me to believe that you have the Viewtracker app installed on your Confluence server.
In the Viewtracker app, you can use the CQL filter to achieve what you want.
Hope this information helps. For further questions about the Viewtracker, please contact our support.
Best regards,
Mattia
Mattia, thank you for your answer. I'm looking for a report of views that can be exported to CSV, not just displayed onscreen.
The Viewtracker app really needs this functionality. The existing exported CSV doesn't specify the number of views.

Sheila, for some reason I can't post my reply here with all the helpful links. For this reason, here is a simplified version of my answer.
Viewtracker has CSV exports for all reports. Perhaps you are running a very old version? If so, I would ask you or the administrator of your Confluence server to update the app to the latest version.
Here in the documentation of the app, on the page "Export Viewtracker Data" you can find more information about the report download options. You will also find in the documentation information about the API in the app. With this interface, you can also obtain or export the data automatically.

Yes, the aggregated views export on the Content & Usage Report does list the number of views, unique viewers, contributors, etc per page, and the page's name.
