Hello together,
in DC it was visible to who else a page was shared in the email notification. In Confluence Cloud there is nothing like this.
The feature request (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-22396 ) is dead since 2022.
So why inventing something new, when you just have to copy (transfer) the existing one?
Who else needs this? Please comment.
Are you looking for the audit log (within the space of Confluence/app) or would you just like to see when a user shared a page with a group, who else received the notification, meaning who else is a member of that group?
Personally, I didn't need the audit log feature, but I can see some benefits to having one.
On the other hand, I 'feel the pain' when it comes to sharing a page/content with a group/team... it would be cool to see all recipients and not just one/myself. 🫤
Our users are asking to see who else is this page shared to like it was in DC. At the end of the DC mail there was like "This share was also sent to XYZ".
This was super nice because you know that you don't have to inform your colleague (you know he has gotten the same mail/share information).

Got it @Christian Merk
I can see how this could be useful. I've tried checking JAC and open feature requests but I couldn't find anything related.
What you could do is reach out to Atlassian Support, explain the use case/requirement and ask them to create a suggestion there. 👀
