Hi,
I am trying to register Webhook through Confluence Add-on previously it was working fine
But recently I am facing the error "An error occurred while provisioning the user for this app. Please try installing it again, and if then the problem persists then contact Atlassian support" while registering Webhook in Confluence cloud.
After debugging I noticed that it's the "key" in the App descriptor file that is creating the issue.
As per the Documentation, the key can be a combination of string and numbers. The value that we are passing is "confluence-2dc16f7f-97d5-4006-b5ab-d088d1ec5a94" where the numbers are generated dynamically generated and matches the expression which is mentioned in the documentation. And was working earlier.
But if I change the key value to "confluence-sag" it works fine.
Are there some different criteria that need to be fulfilled?
Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Kuldeep K
Hi There,
What's the add-on that you are referring to?
