Extracting a row of a confluence table based status column (same confluence page)

Hello 

Bottom section of my confluence page have a table with detail data with column such as, Team, scope, project name, dates, status, comments etc. 

I want to look through the status column and want to pull only that row(s) which have the  status column = Red (confluence status macros Grey, Red, Yellow, Green & Blue)

And if above is not possible, can I extract only that portion of comment section (its free format) that have dates. As an example in the comment section I have below 3 comments from previous days. It will keep increasing until project completed.  Can I extract only the latest comments (1/27:) from the comment section.     

1/27: Project was green until blocked by external team 

1/25: all blocked resolved 

1/15: Team is planning to review the project scope

Hi @Bobby Boruah ,

At the moment Confluence doesn't support table filtering, so you'll need to use additional apps to implement the case.

For example, you may try the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro:

If you keep your dates in a separate column, you may use the Date Range filter. But for your example you can use the Global filter and search the whole table for the "/" separator:

well I was looking to extract a portion of comment col (as this gonna increase with all short of updates), based on another col (ex: status col) if the this col is red or green.

Seems confluence can't handle this. The table filter is not an option as I want end-user just to view the confluence as a reports and not indulge any filtering activities.

The Table Filter macro can be used in a hidden state - you are able to filter, for example, the Red status, save the filter and hide the filtering panel from other users.

So your colleagues will see only specific rows that were predefined by you. Additional filtering icons won't be visible in the page view mode at all.

But if you need to show comments from Jira issues (if I've got you right), this option is not provided by the Jira Issues macro. You should try to browse the Marketplace - there should be some apps that will help you to pull your Jira comments to Confluence pages.
