Extended display of images from Gallery Macro

Hello,
I am trying to use gallery macro and have some images included there and want to display only those images when clicking on it. When the page is published and you click on the image to expand then you can navigate on the next and previous images using left and right arrow buttons. But because I have attached other images as well on that page it goes to the images that are not included in the gallery.
Can I limit somehow so that when clicking on gallery images it displays only the ones from the gallery.
