We host our internal help centre in Confluence and I want to be able to export a CSV file with the titles of the articles, the owner/author, and the date when it was last updated, so that I can manage our help centre better (I'm also revamping the help centre and it's easier being able to pull it out of Confluence in order to plan recategorising etc)
I was able to export the whole space, but this only gave me a document with the titles but not any other information. Is there a way to export a file with the contents of the space, along with the details of who wrote them and when they were last updated?

You can create a databse of all pages in your space (you can read my Community article about how to do that here - it's from mid last year so some elements might look/act different but you should be able to achieve the goal).
Once you have the database, you can configure the columns to show owner, last updater, dates, etc.
Then you can export the whole DB with all details as a CSV file. But it's manageable - I know as I have a DB exactly like that :)
The only downside is that, as far as I know, there's no way to automate adding new pages into a databse.
Various space manager apps that I know do not offer export feature but the Marketplace is big so there might be something.

Thank you so much for your help here. I wasn't even aware I could set up a database in Confluence.
It doesn't seem like it's possible to add the HTML into the DB the way you have described anymore, and I can only really add the articles one by one into the page link field. Connecting it with Confluence doesn't let me filter and choose content by space and importing CSV only imports to text fields. I can see other commenters have mentioned this on your article, so will keep an eye on any updates there :)
For now, I can manually add the articles and get the information and use I need from the database, so this solves my problem. Thank you!

So I connect Confluence, it loaded all pages from Confluence... then I organized the DB by Space, selected pages from the spaces I did not want, deleted the content and was left with the space I wanted.
Edit, actually, applying filter worked too :)
I deleted the pages BEFORE without saving the view with the filter applied.
I need to update the article.

Besides the method mentioned by Kristian, you might look at the data export functionality of Breeze.
While the main use cases of Breeze are Confluence review and approval workflows, it also provides a simple, yet powerful CSV data export feature, giving you both a high-level overview of your space data, or a more detailed page-level export.
Based on your questions, I think the page-level export is what you are looking for.
