Hello
I have a confluence server on premise (C1) with spaces
I would like to export space "DU" from my server (C1) to a new server on premise (C2)
I export my space in XML and when i try to import on my new server i have an error
"The directory specified does not exist or cannot be accessed"
I put my export in directory "C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\shared-home\page-imports" but not OK. After i remember i install confluence in disk D so i put the directory in "D:\Application Data\shared-home\page-imports" but not Ok
Do you know i can do?
Thanks
Are the right [permissions set on the directory, can the user used for the instance read and write on the directories?
Check the logs on your server.
Or as Confluence admin, use the import options in Confluence administration to import the space.

No the import permission in Confluence Administration.
Your showing the import options in a Space, this is space administration level.
You can't import a whole space via space administration.
Use the main cog wheel top right to enter Confluence Administration, there go to import.
