Export a page to word document format is damaged

1- When I try to export page to word the images resolution and sizing is changed .it stretched also the format

2- A lot of images not exported and the following error appears

3- when the document images added from JQL from a Jira story also the images not appears

Hi @Wafaa AbdElAlim 

This error could occur, when the images aren't an attachment on the confluence page itself. 

Did you copy the images from an external website? On the confluence page, do you see the images as an attachment?

Yes I import the images from a word document
