When you export a space in Confluence, it will only export the current versions of pages and attachments

Natively, as @Geethanjali Katagani writes, you can only export the latest page versions in your space export.
However... Scroll Documents (or Scroll Versions) by K15t supports versioning in Confluence spaces.
Basically, you can create a version of your space as a 'snapshot' in time, give it a name (say 3.5) and treat that snapshot independently. If you use Scroll Exporters, you will be able to export individual versions.
