Export Title Page, Footer, Header content all mysteriously missing

After the last update to Confluence Cloud the content that is usually in my Export Title Page, header and footer is all gone. I thought maybe someone deleted it, but I am the only one with access to the space and I didn't delete it. Is it possible that the update wiped it out?

No, I don't think this is possible. You could try to raise a request to Atlassian, if you are indeed on a paid plan.
