In using the new Confluence editor, I've noticed that the /Expand macro is not searchable. This is severely crippling this macro. In using the macro commonly on FAQ pages, this macro helps to keep our users engaged by keeping the unnecessary information out of view. Allowing content/titles of the macro the ability to be searched is critical to our use of our Confluence space.
When directly searching for information contained within a Macro, the search results DO show the page title that contains the information, but it does not highlight the 'nearest' match of the content within the Marco itself. If I add the content to an H tagged element on the page, it WILL show in the search results.
I should likely note that content within the macro isn't 'quotable' in the search results as with content not contained in a macro on a given page.
Something else I've noticed, The Atlassian community space view counter does not discount the submitter from it. So if I refresh this page, the view count goes up... Not cool ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
