That doesn't seem possible at the moment.
Nesting doesn't work with some combinations of the macros althought Atlassian seem to be expanding the options.
If you need a more structured composition of the page, consider using Layouts. You can divide a page into multiple sections - think 'oversized table - and insert excerpts into individual sections.
