Exception during health check invocation java.lang.IllegalStateException: Base URL misconfigured

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
After a fresh Datacenter install and restore my site migrated from cloud. I got this exception message from instance health check:
Exception during health check invocation java.lang.IllegalStateException: Base URL misconfigured
However, the base URL configuration is the same as the URL in my browser.
How do I fix this issue?
