Event name not showing correctly in Calendar

Hi all,

Recently we moved from on-prem Confluence to Confluence Cloud.  In our on-prem version an event would show in the following format:

who:event details

Example: Joe User:Executive Support

In the Confluence Cloud version it will not show the who details, i.e. only shows:

Executive Support.

This is not the issue I am having.  I have since found the issue which relates to the URL of display instead of spaces.

In Confluence Cloud, usernames are no longer displayed in audit logs and have been replaced with "Updated" or "Created" events and the Atlassian Profile information for the related user. When a user is deleted, the audit log displays the event as "Updated" and the profile displays "Former user".
