Error trying to export to Word

I am trying to simply export a confluence page to Word and am receiving the following error.

"Sorry, can not check export state, download is unavailable!
Reason: error"

In the past, I was able to complete this function on the same pages without issue. I have tried on multiple browsers on multiple different PC's.

Hello Shae,

I haven't seen that particular error before, and it does look a bit different than a usual Confluence error. Have you confirmed that all other users are also encountering this error? 

I would recommend reporting this to your Confluence site admin so they can have a look at this for you. If they determine this to be an issue across all users, they can report the issue to Confluence Support and we can take a look for you.
