Error to import .zip file from old Confluence Environment

Hello, I'm having a problem to migrate our Confluence Environment. I saw several Tutorials, I already get the backup file from old environment, but when I try to upload it on the new Environment return an Error without any specification. So I don't know what I've to do...

Can you help me?

@Carlos Severo Since you are migrating from Server to Cloud you should just use the Confluence Cloud migration assistant.   https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate/

I'm migrating Cloud to Cloud, I'm both environments we've the Jira active, is it can difficult the process?!
