Error page "Out of Sync"

Hello! We are having problems syncing pages within Confluence. We use a plugin called Comala to publish pages from a draft space to a public space within Confluence. However, when we refresh the page and publish to the other space, the changes are not being saved and an "Out of Sync" message appears next to the title.

Has anyone had something similar and managed to resolve it?

We would need more information to be able to help diagnose what is happening. Are you using Server or Cloud? 

It may be easier if you open a ticket with us at https://support.comalatech.com and include screenshots of the steps you take and what you (expect to) see.
