Hey,

after a very long editing, the error message with the code: "Pilfj2e" was suddenly described above. Since then, this error message has appeared as soon as the page switches to edit mode. Even creating new pages with the same content is only possible without saving. So far, attempts have been unsuccessful:

other browsers,

incognito mode,

removal of bold and italic texts,

change of access authorization.

There are also no emojis / smileys in the text. Since this text is very important, it would be extremely important that we have access to it again and that we can save the content.

Best regards,

M.

Hey Shannon,

thanks for your response. Yes, this error is still occuring.

It is on the new editor (unfortunately not the only problem that we have had since upgrading to the new editor. Because of this we regret that it will soon no longer be possible to create new pages that run via the old editor.)

I will attach a screenshot of this error (It is another error code, because the code always changed after trying it again).

Thanks

Hi Miriam,

Thank you for sending that. I don't have any information on that particular error code, but another user who had that issue was able to make a copy of the problematic page and use that one instead in the future.

Can you tell me if that works for you?

If not, I would recommend that you raise a support ticket with the Cloud Support team. That way, we can look at your server logs and determine what the cause of this error is.

Regards,

Shannon

Hi Miriam!

Thank you for reporting this.

Are you still experiencing this error, and could you show me a screenshot of what that error looks like? I haven't been able to find any past examples of people running into that error. Also, is this on the new editor? You'll know if you're on the new editor because the Publish button is in the top right-hand corner of the page instead of the bottom, like in the Legacy editor.

Thank you again!

Shannon
