Are you an app/Org admin for your site/organization? If not, have you tried reaching out to users who are and asking them if they can make additional checks and analysis?
This would appear like a system issue (Atlassian end) and, as stated, if the issue persists, the best course of action would be to reach out to Atlassian Support.
The team there can definitelly make additional background checks to see what's going on.
