Error 503 : Service Unavailable

I have a Confluence environment in my organization and for some reason, it is returning Service unavailable.

Can someone help?

Hi @Sajith Nair ,

You would be required to check the below logs:

• <confluence-install>/logs/catalina.out
• <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

Attach both logs here is possible to check the errors.

If this is a confluence instance with a url that says .atlassian.net please reach out to Atlassian support here: https://support.atlassian.com

If it's not using .atlassian.net url it means it's not hosted by Atlassian and you'll need to reach out to your own internal IT team.
