Erreur template tableau blanc

Bonjour,

Je suis actuellement en train de réaliser des tests sur Confluence pour mon entreprise.

J'ai une erreur à chaque fois que j'essaie d'utiliser un template dans l'outil tableau blanc de confluence. Auriez-vous une solution svp ? J'ai ce comportement avec tous les templates que j'ai testé.

There are no active incidents on confluence right now.

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ , 

Thanks for your reply, I performed the confluence whiteboards compatibility check (see the picture). Everything seems OK, except the last item about whiteboards resources. What does that mean?

Additional informations: I have an admin role on Confluence and I am able to create the whiteboard without a template. I have an issue only when I try to use a templtate.

Hey @Dylan Tassery , I tried the checker on my side and I have the same result but I'm able to create a whiteboard from a template. 

Could you try to clean your browser cache or try it in incognito mode?

@Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ , I cleared my browser cache (“Clear browsing data” in Edge, I can only use Edge on my professional laptop) and used incognito mode, but I encountered the same error.
