I want to make a Confluence space "public". We have documentation that needs to be behind a login for our customers. It can't not be indexed. If someone outside the organization tries to access the space, it should ask them to log in using the credentials they created when they signed up for the product.

If you have used Zendesk, then I need to accomplish something similar.

Perhaps you can try service management with knowledge bases from the confluence.

Sounds like you are looking for the external user settings in Atlassian Access.  Take a look at this document and if you have any questions feel free to reach out.

This is close, but it seems like only identity providers are accepted. I need something like JWT tokens
