Emoji reactions for blogs

Hi, I am looking for a way to add emoji reactions to blogs, for colleagues to react to a blog post with an emoji instead of just a 'like'. 

There is a plugin for this, but it is only for Confluence server and doesn't work with Confluence cloud, which we are using.

Does anyone know if there's a way to add this?

Seems like they have emojis to add to Confluence pages, I'm not sure they do emoji reactions to a blogpost. But I sent them an email, hopefully this is something they can do.
