Embeded Links | Bulk target & update | Confluence OnPrem

Hi All.

We have confluence OnPrem with thousands of Spaces and embedded JiraAlign links.

There is a business requirement to identify and update all "old" JiraAlign links/urls's so user's internally do not experience errors when Atlassian remove the JIRAAlign redirect (end Jan 2021)

Any advice/guidance/help/recommendations/tips will be hugely appreciated.
