Email notifications being received despite being configured off

Hi,

I've configured users so that all email notifications are off however users are still getting emails when content is changed.

Any ideas on how to stop this?

@Paul Dowling , are you still experiencing this? It should not be the case if indeed you have notifications set correctly. Can you please share the details of what your goals are and your configuration? If you resolved this please share your findings.
