Using Confluence in-built meeting minutes features, we have created multiple meeting minutes pages with it's own template. I'm aware that in the Action Items section of meeting minutes, when you assign a task to someone they will be notified via email about the task assignment. I am trying to find a similar way, where all the persons in Attendees section should receive email notification about their meeting participation that is scheduled.
Is there a way we can accomplish this ?

One way that I can think of is to create the page in the first place, and prior of the meeting and afterwards use the share button to share this with the participants.
