Editor do not load, can't edit pages

hello,

i just created a free confluence cloud account. i use confluence with google chrome in citrix.

i'm not able to create new pages or edit any existing pages. if i click on the edit button, all the options are greyed and i can't select any content.

any suggestions? :-)

Solved! Our Firewall blocks some traffic.

hi everyone  ,  we are having the same issue mention above and it happen to some users only , where the edit is loading and once when click in to edit mode , the buttons are all gray off , unable to create and edit the exisitng page .  we are using cloud version . 

Tried using incognito, can edit for old pages..but not on the new page created.  Unable to create page . 

Can someone advise how do we resolved this issue ? thanks much
