I have a file system with PDF and word attachments. I would like to have some sort of prompt to show up for user to enter the changes they have performed once the upload the attachment to Confluence. I know this can be done manually by selecting the down arrow next to the attachment and going into Properties and enter the changes in the New Comment section. Unfortunately, since it has to be done manually, it gets forgotten often hence why I am looking some type of a prompt once uploaded to Confluence.

Any ideas?

Hi @chris

I don't see any options for thiS.

The thing yo could do is create an automation that sends an email or teas/slack message (if connected).

This to notify the the person who triggered the rule. You need to use the smart values {{initiator}}
