Is This posible to edit an attachment (like word, power point and excel) simultaneously without using check in / check out mode?
No, because you're effectively working on single objects that are outside the application within which they are held.
To do collaborative editing on an attached object, you'd need the provider of the editors for those objects to implement collaborative editing in their editors and then make that functionality available to Confluence.
Sorry, I know that is not what you wanted to hear.
There is a minor thing that slipped my mind - I am increasingly finding people moving to Confluence because they can import Word docs as pages (or sets of pages), thereby enabling the documentation to become "living objects". Docs that can be edited collaboratively in real-time, and the "save this" instantly updating the current published version, rather than having to go dig through a filing cabinet for something.
I would love to see the ability to import other types of data to enable the same, but I recognise that Confluence only really matches document and (at a bit of a stretch) slide formats. Spreadsheets are a very different thing.
