Edit and Move permission

Hi everyone!
There are some pages like Working Doc.Finance, Working Doc.Legal and so on.
Finance users can edit only Working Doc.Finance page and sub-pages of it but they can't move this page to anywhere.
Is it possible?

Moving a page from one space to another requires that you have permissions to view and delete pages in the original space and view and add permissions in the destination space.

It should be controllable via space permissions.
Simply deselect the delete page permissions.
