Edit and Add Sub task in Confluence

I want to edit the page as it displays the table of content and its details

1 Topic A
1.1 Sub Topic A
1.2 Sub Topic A
2 Topic B
2.1 Sub topic B
2.2 Sub Topic B

So now I want to add 2.3.. how to add it.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Go to the page titled "2 Topic B" and click "create". Pages default to being children of the page you were on when you clicked create.

let me try also their is table of contents as well on top of page.. will that be added automatically too

If you use a template that includes a table of content macro to create your new page, then yes, it will.
