Duplicate tasks appearing in My Tasks

Hi,

I have the same problem as posted by others, i got duplicate tasks appearing in my task list macro. I found multiple post about that issue, among them this one: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/duplicate-tasks-appearing-in-my-tasks-or-task-reports-624525428.html. But all of them are about the bug in the server edition of Confluence and describe a solution by mutating with SQL. My organisation uses the cloud edition.

Does anyone know a solution for Confluence Cloud?

Hi @Rene Bosscher , 

there is a very recent bug with Confluence Cloud tasks, you can see the ticket here : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-71132

If you still have duplicates, you will need to reach out to support : http://getsupport.atlassian.com/ 

That's what I had to do to get it fixed on my instance.

Thank you for this information.

Unfortunately the described workaround (create blank page, copy content and delete old page) seems not to resolve my issue, the issue remains. I guess that i need to contact support for the real solution.

As a alternative, i have created a new blank page with the report macro on it and created new tasks (copied the content) that were still open tasks on the old page(s). It is not a nice solution, but this does work for me.
