Hi,
I have imported an MS Visio drawing of a diagram via gliphy. Gliphy has imported alle the tabs but I just need one tab. I deletede all the excess drawings but now there is a huge space for a drawing that I cant make smaller.
How do I make te drawing space smaller?
Groet Floris
Hi Floris!
By default, Gliffy has a really large, 5000x5000-pixel drawing canvas that you can scroll through. If you want to limit the size of the drawing canvas itself, you can go to File > Document Properties and set a smaller canvas size.
Regardless of the canvas size, when you publish your diagram, the macro window where the diagram appears should also cut the canvas down to just the content of your diagram. When you publish the diagram, does everything crop itself down? I just played around with this on Confluence Cloud and it worked as expected.
If it doesn't look appropriately sized while published/there's a bunch of blank space, please double-check for any missing items on the far side of the drawing canvas. (It could be helpful to turn the grid on if you haven't to help spot any white items.)
If these options aren't working, would you mind reaching out to our support team? I want to make sure the Visio import experience is working great for everyone. You can always email them at support@gliffy.com. :)

Thanks for the reply I may check it next week again to see if it works
