Don't want multiple users to edit the document at same time in Confluence

The Client does not want multiple users to edit the document at the same time as it creates multiple versions and rework.

Is there any way we can restrict the document edit for one user only?

or can we have a sharepoint concept here, like many edits it and saves it parallelly and it saves all comments

You really don't want to downgrade to a Sharepoint approach, but you can go to a sing;e-eidt mode which handles it better.

Go to Admin -> Collaborative editing and disable it.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
