Hello everyone and thanks for the help.
Lately we have detected an error. When we try to log in 3 times due to an error in the password, it does not give us any error but it no longer allows us to enter. After investigating, we have seen that it is due to an error in the captcha. It shows nothing. Not an "X" instead of an image. Looking at the logs it seems that the error comes from the captcha cache but I can't find the solution.
Confluence version is Atlassian Confluence 7.2.1.
It is running on a linux on AWS
