Does reducing the Attachment Maximum Size on Confluence Cloud delete existing larger attachements?

I am looking to limit file attachments to 100 KB down form 100 MB to limit folks from attaching anything other than pictures. I am working if this can be a data destructive operation?

Hi @Gautam ,

No, the attachment size limit will only take effect when there is a new file upload, and will not do any processing on existing attachments.
