Does confluence cloud support multiple base urls ?

Vincent Fiset July 21, 2021

Hi, we are looking to move from confluence server to cloud, one thing we are not sure of: Does confluence cloud support multiple base urls ?

e.g. serving the same instance thru confluence.example.com AND super-cool.docs.com ?

thanks

No, it does not.

Some people have tried proxying of some forms, but they fail because a human will eventually click on something that uses the actual base url, and the base url is used in all comms with other systems and goes out in email links and so-on.

You can't yet customise the Cloud url beyond <your name>.atlassian.net, which is very frustrating for many of us.
