Does anyone have a 'hello world' plugin for a servlet on confluence?

Hi,

I've been trying to use https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/creating-an-admin-configuration-form/ 

as a starting point but it complains of AMPS plugin) 
Can anyone share a link/ a working example for confluence?
