Does Confluence have an option to 'Batch Email Notifications' like Jira

I am the creator of a page on confluence. I would like to limit the number of email notifications I receive when others are actively updating a the page.

Jira has Batch Email Notification option, but cannot find the same in Confluence

 Hello Paul,

Maybe you can try this: go under your profile > notifications, uncheck Show content change, and check "subscribe to daily updates" 

If you prefer to not be notified at atll, you can uncheck both, or remove yourself from the watchers, or ask your colleagues to publish without notifying watchers
