Does Confluence have a Q&A plugin that one can dedicate to an uploaded presentation file?

I would like to have a list of questions and answers after a concluded presentation session. The presentation has been uploaded to a Confluence page.

The intention is to have those Q & A dedicated to this uploaded presentation and even continue the conversation based on the same presentation Confluence page.

Is there a plugin available for this or are there any best practices around this? Thank you.

You can simply ask your users to add their questions as a comment instead where you have added the attachment and you can answer those questions through inline comments.
